"The crew at Kurt's Polaris Kalispell consistently goes above and beyond the customers needs and expectations. My first experience was for parts for a 1999 Sportsman 500 ATV. The parts department went above and beyond my expectations to get me the needed parts quickly and accurately. This led to me buying a 2009 Sportsman 400 HO. After it was stolen, the sales department bent over backwards to help get into a new Sportsman 550 XP. Now I am currently going back to Kurt's in Kalispell to buy a 2004 Polaris 800 Vertical Edge and I am sure that my buying experience will be the same as the past. So far my father, my girlfreind, and many freinds have purchased ATV's and snowmobiles from Kurts from my recommendation and all have had an excellent buying experience. The atmosphere is one of freindship, not one of a dealership. This is definitely the best Polaris dealership in the Pacific Northwest, second to NONE! "My wife and I were on our 25th anniversary bike trip to Yellow Stone and Glacier Parks from Michigan and we thought it wouldnt hurt if we installed a new rear tire on our Vision for the trip home. I called that morning to see if your dealer had the tire and could install it that day, to my surprise you had it in stock and got me in with no waiting, the tire, along with an oil change took less than an hour and you washed my bike for free! Great Service people and sales also. Your dealer ship is first class and if we ever in the area again we will be sure to stop in. Thanks again for the fast service and friendly staff!!"

"Retracting my previous review. After explaining our situation to Kelly in the service department he made sure we were set up for our vacation. guess I just needed to talk to the right people in the right department. Tracy called and explained the shipping to me. I paid my share on a multiple delivery.(the wording confused me). Tracy also explained that because we did some customizing on our boat it took a little longer, Not only are they knowledgable, they proved to me that they will back the products they sell. Definitely will buy the rzr s from them Thanks guys!!"

I know for a fact that the parts and service department in seeley lake is the best. these guys will awnser any question that you have, and if they can't they will find an awnser for you. "The people there were really great. They took the time to check things out for me. Took my VIN number to be sure I was getting the right touch up paint. I also ordered a service manual that the shipped to me back in Alberta. It's the little things that add up to the big picture.
